Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking an experienced VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals. The role focuses on scalable, compliant patient engagement, balancing cost, quality, and service levels while harmonizing processes across legacy Truepill and Alto entities.

The candidate will partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to drive growth and operational excellence, ensuring high-quality outcomes for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Executive-level experience leading large, 24/7 clinical call centers or pharmacy ops.
• Experience managing 400+ remote or hybrid FTEs.
• Pharmacy background with licensure in at least one state.
• Strong process engineering and quality management background.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies (State Boards, DEA).
• Ability to navigate organizational change and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and adherence to SLAs.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
