Fuze Health is seeking a VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 unified workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, balancing cost, quality and SLAs while driving compassionate, compliant patient engagement.

This executive harmonizes processes across legacy Truepill and Alto, oversees operations strategy, staffing, and continuous improvement, and partners with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with execution readiness.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with 10+ years guiding large-scale clinical call centers and pharmacy operations.
• Scale & Scope Experience: Proven track record managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume settings.
• Pharmacy Background (preferred): Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacist with state board eligibility.
• Operational Excellence: Expertise in process engineering, quality systems, and scaling multi-site pharmacy fulfillment.
• Compliance & Regulatory Expertise: Experience with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA compliance.
• Change Management: Ability to navigate cultural alignment risks and lead organizational transformations.
• Strategic Communication: Ability to define decision rights and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Education: Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.

• Operations Strategy & Vertical Leadership: Oversee Clinical Call and Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto, 450+ agents.
• Operational Maturity & Scaling: Drive compassionate, compliant patient engagement and critical initiatives.
• Staffing & Capacity Management: Direct staffing for 450 care agents and licensed professionals.
• Standardized Performance & Quality: Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large WFH team.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with state boards and DEA.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and others.
• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop leadership team.
