Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a visionary VP, Call & Clinical Operations to lead 24/7 care delivery across Truepill and Alto legacy operations. You will direct a unified staff of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals, shaping strategy, quality, and fiscal discipline.

Reporting to the COO, you will scale operations, enforce compliance, and partner with Product, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with execution readiness in a fast-growing digital health environment.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with 10+ years in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience leading large remote/hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs).
• Pharmacy background with licensed Pharmacist status in at least one state.
• Expertise in process engineering, quality management, and scaling operations.
• Experience with pharmacy compliance and regulatory bodies (DEA, State Boards).
• Ability to navigate cultural changes and complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong strategic communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and professionals.
• Standardize performance and modernize Rx contact center processes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and others.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
