Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians across Truepill and Alto entities.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, focusing on scaling operations while balancing cost, quality, and service level agreements (SLAs). You will drive inbound call resolution and outbound revenue strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leaders to align launches with execution readiness.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience directing large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy degree and active pharmacist license in at least one state (preferred).
• Expertise in process engineering, quality management, and scaling operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto (450+ agents).
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
• Direct staffing, capacity planning for 450+ care professionals to balance cost, service, and growth.
• Ensure standardized performance across a large work-from-home network; modernize Rx SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance on launches and readiness.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team.
