Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a strategic VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians, directing initiatives to scale operations while balancing cost, quality, and SLAs.

The role reports to the COO, driving compassionate, compliant patient engagement and harmonizing processes across legacy Truepill and Alto entities to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive experience leading large clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing 400+ remote/hybrid FTEs in 24/7 operations.
• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy TruePill and Alto (450+ agents) with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity and compassionate, compliant patient engagement.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals to balance cost, service and growth.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with product, compliance, legal, HR, finance and other leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
