Job summary
Fuze Health is seeking a visionary VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed clinicians, spanning pharmacists, nurses, and social workers. You will build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth, balance cost, quality, and SLA commitments, and drive patient engagement that is compassionate and compliant.
Reporting to the COO, you will harmonize processes across legacy Truepill and Alto entities, partner with senior leaders, and embed
Qualifications
- Executive leadership experience in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
- Experience managing 400+ FTEs in 24/7 remote or hybrid environments.
- Pharmacy background with licensure in at least one state.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto.
- Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and high-priority initiatives.
- Oversee staffing, capacity management, and cost-quality-SLA balance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Partner with senior leaders to align launches with readiness.
