Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals across Truepill/Alto platforms. You will scale operations, balance cost and service, and drive inbound resolution with outbound revenue strategies.

Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR and Finance to align launches with readiness, while cultivating a high-performing, compliant operations culture in a remote/multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading clinical call centers, operations or pharmacy ops.
• Experience managing 400+ remote or hybrid staff 24/7.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing; state licensure as needed.
• Strong process engineering and quality management expertise.
• Regulatory experience with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead Clinical Call and Clinical Operations across legacy entities.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement and initiative execution.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care professionals.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety in all operations.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and senior leaders.
