LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a leader to shape and deliver the end-to-end volunteer journey for the Games. Reporting to the Head of Volunteer Program, you will drive strategic planning, recruitment, engagement and deployment across functions, ensuring readiness for Games-time operations.

The role requires 7+ years in large-scale events, strong stakeholder relationships, and experience with workforce systems. On-site work in Downtown LA is required.

Formación

• 7+ years in large-scale events leading volunteer programs.
• Bachelor's degree or 7 years equivalent experience in volunteer management and mass recruitment; MS Office experience.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with workforce systems including CRM, recruitment, scheduling and rostering.
• Project management and on-time delivery across complex priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of the volunteer program across functional areas for both the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Oversee the end-to-end volunteer recruitment journey establishing processes for pre-assignments, assignments, role allocations, offers and change management.
• Align recruitment, engagement and deployment plans so functions, stakeholders and volunteers receive consistent information.
• Manage internal and external volunteer stakeholder relationships, aligning timelines and expectations.
• Coordinate Games-time operational readiness through policies, risk management, and milestone reporting.
