LA28 is seeking a Senior Manager, Volunteer Program to lead the end-to-end volunteer journey for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will report to the Head of Volunteer Program and drive strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional delivery to ensure a successful, inclusive volunteer operation.

You will manage recruitment, engagement, and deployment plans, ensuring timely delivery and readiness across all operations.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in large-scale events, leading volunteer programs and mass recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with workforce systems, CRM, recruitment, scheduling and rostering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of the volunteer program across functional areas for both Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Oversee end-to-end volunteer recruitment journey including pre-assignments, assignments, and role allocations.
• Align recruitment, engagement and deployment plans across functions and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Games-time operational readiness through policies, risk management, and milestone reporting.
