LA28 is seeking a skilled leader to plan and deliver the end-to-end volunteer journey for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will coordinate cross-functionally to align recruitment, engagement and deployment with Games-time needs and ensure inclusive volunteer experiences.

This role requires at least 4+ years in events and mass volunteer recruitment, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong interpersonal skills.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in events, leading volunteer programs and delivering mass volunteer recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of equivalent experience in volunteer program operations, with proficiency in MS Office and project tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration and prioritization amid complex priorities.
• Experience using workforce systems, including CRM, recruitment portals and scheduling/rostering.
• Ability to develop processes, guidelines, communications and resources for volunteer program execution in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting Olympic/Paralympic Games or international sporting events.
• Experience contributing to delivery of other major events.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills for engaging with volunteers.
• Commitment to inclusive volunteerism and community engagement.
• Attention to detail and practical problem solving in volunteer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and delivery of the volunteer program for both Olympic and Paralympic Games, aligning objectives with operational needs.
• Support large-scale volunteer recruitment from pre-assignments to deployment, maintaining continuity at each stage.
• Collaborate across functions and with external stakeholders to align recruitment, engagement and deployment plans.
• Maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables for coordinated execution.
• Assist Games-time readiness by connecting volunteer prep with operational delivery.
