LA28 seeks a senior leader to shape and deliver the end-to-end volunteer journey for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will report to the Head of Volunteer Program and guide strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery across functions to meet Games-time needs.

You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, role allocations, offers, and change management, driving inclusive, timely delivery.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years in large-scale events, leading volunteer programs.
• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience in volunteer management.
• Experience with MS Office and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of the volunteer program for both Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Oversee end-to-end volunteer recruitment journey including pre-assignments, assignments and offers.
• Align recruitment, engagement and deployment plans across functions and stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external volunteer stakeholder relationships and timelines.
• Coordinate Games-time operational readiness through policies, risk management and reporting.
