LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a skilled volunteer program lead to plan and deliver the end-to-end volunteer journey for the Games. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage mass recruitment, and ensure readiness for deployment in alignment with operational needs.

Role requires 4+ years in events/volunteer programs, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and strong collaboration skills.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in events and leading volunteer programs.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in volunteer program operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate planning and delivery of the volunteer program for Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Support large-scale volunteer recruitment from pre-assignments to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment, engagement and deployment plans.
