LA28 is seeking a senior volunteer program leader to shape and deliver the end-to-end volunteer journey for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will report to the Head of Volunteer Program and drive strategic planning, recruitment, deployment, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, on-site LA environment.

The role requires 7+ years in large-scale events, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and strong skills in MS Office, CRM, scheduling, rostering, and project tools to ensure

• 7+ years in large-scale events leading volunteer programs and mass recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience in volunteer management.
• Experience with MS Office and workforce systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning and delivery of the volunteer program across functional areas for both Olympic and Paralympic Games.
• Oversee end-to-end volunteer recruitment journey including pre-assignments, assignments, and role allocations.
• Coordinate information and communication across recruitment, engagement, and deployment plans.
