Job summary

Jobot is seeking a System Performance Test Engineer with hands-on VoIP testing experience to perform detailed performance verification of mission-critical voice systems. You will validate voice-channel performance and audio quality through laboratory and system-level tests.

You will configure test environments, capture and analyze data, document defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Experience with SIP/RTP, Wireshark, Linux, and FAT/SAT processes is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field with hands-on VoIP testing experience.
Experience performing voice-channel performance testing beyond basic functional testing.
Ability to document quantitative test results and troubleshoot across hardware, software, and network components.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and document detailed performance test procedures for VoIP systems.
Perform hands-on testing of voice channels, interfaces, and network components.
Capture and analyze voice and network performance data.
Troubleshoot performance anomalies and isolate issues across hardware, software, network, interface, and configuration layers.
Produce clear test reports with methodology, measurements, results, failures, and conclusions.
