Performance Food Group is seeking a Network Voice Engineer to join our IT team. You will design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise voice and unified communications systems, focusing on VoIP infrastructure, call control platforms, gateways, SBCs, and integration with the data network to ensure high availability and security.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on VoIP experience and UC deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support VoIP and Unified Communications solutions (on‑prem, cloud, or hybrid).
• Manage call control platforms (CUCM, Webex Calling, Teams Voice).
• Configure voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunks, and PSTN connectivity.
• Monitor voice quality (latency, jitter, packet loss, MOS).
• Troubleshoot complex voice and network issues across LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Implement QoS and network policies for voice traffic prioritization.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams; provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Maintain documentation and participate in upgrades, patches, and migrations.
