Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Network Voice Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise VoIP and unified communications systems. You will work with Cisco CUCM, Unity, UCCX and related tools, ensuring high availability and quality across LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.

You should have 3–5 years of VoIP experience, strong networking fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate with security and application teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/Engineering.
• 3–5 years of VoIP and networking experience.
• Solid knowledge of SIP/RTP/SRTP and VoIP codecs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support VoIP/UC solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).
• Manage call control platforms (CUCM, Unity, UCCX) and SIP trunks.
• Configure voice gateways, SBCs, and PSTN connectivity.
• Monitor voice quality and performance (latency, jitter, MOS).
• Troubleshoot voice and network issues across LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.
• Implement QoS, VLANs, and network policies for voice.
• Integrate voice with network infra and security.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams; participate in on-call rotations.
