Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager- Voice AI to translate ambiguous ideas into scalable AI products. You will drive strategy, build enterprise-scale voice/ language models, and deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes across AI platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define metrics, and guide early-stage initiatives from concept to product handoff, while communicating with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex AI/ML programs and platforms.
• Ability to translate ambiguous concepts into enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Proven experience defining metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs).
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with speech/voice technologies and ML lifecycle (MLOps).
• Knowledge of public safety or mission-critical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end AI feature delivery across central AI org and product teams.
• Define and track AI impact metrics and program improvements.
• Advance AI/ML adoption in internal SDLC and tooling.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards for AI metrics and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and communication of AI initiatives.
• Lead emergent initiatives from concept to scoped handoff to PdM.
• Engage with customers/partners to inform discovery and prioritization.
