Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to help customers discover the benefits of supplements and vitamins while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment. You will coach team members, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Store Manager on promotions and staffing to drive sales and maintain product availability.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1+ year experience in vitamins/holistic health with leadership experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience with leadership experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable guidance on vitamins and related products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and health items to assist customers.
• Order product and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales, promotions, and labor goals while ensuring proper product assortment.
• Lead and coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and support scheduling.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in recruitment decisions with Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and Weights and Measures regulations.
