Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department’s sales and operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide knowledgeable guidance on vitamins and health products, and manage inventory, promotions, and staffing in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 18+ years of age, at least 1 year of vitamin-related leadership, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 1 year vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership
• Strong communication and direction-giving abilities
• Ability to maintain department safety and cleanliness
• Willingness to learn about new products and health topics
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department
• Provide excellent customer service with knowledgeable guidance on vitamins and related products
• Manage inventory and place orders
• Lead promotions and events to achieve sales and margin goals
• Schedule staffing and coordinate with Store Manager and Buyers
• Coach and evaluate team members, conduct performance reviews
• Collaborate on store meetings and hiring decisions
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Operate as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed
