You will help manage orders, inventory, and staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn about new products and health information is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of vitamin/health products experience with leadership duties.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about new products and health information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality products and customer service.
• Provide guidance on vitamins and health products to customers without prescribing.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and motivate Vitamin team.
