Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department's sales and operations. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain product knowledge, and manage inventory, assortments, and promotions.

The role requires coaching team members, scheduling, and collaboration with the Store Manager on performance and staffing decisions. The position emphasizes leadership, hands-on supervision, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards, with a focus on driving

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience.
• Have good communication skills; and the ability to give and take direction.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and dust.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Have strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Be able to perform the following: standing, walking, bending, climbing; lift up to 50 lbs.; move ladders and carts as described in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service by giving prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable information and guidance on our supplements and related products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and related items to guide customers.
• Order product and manage inventory control; oversee sales and promotions.
• Work to achieve sales, margin, expense, and labor goals through proper assortment and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to determine inventory based on sales reports and market trends.
• Engage and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and promotions.
