Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach a team to deliver best-in-class customer service. You will oversee promotions, scheduling, and collaboration with buyers and store leadership to optimize product mix and performance.

The role requires 18+ with leadership experience in supplements or related health products, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old with leadership experience in vitamin, homeopathy or holistic products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and guide team members.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and merchandising effectively.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
