Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage product assortment, inventory, and promotions while coaching a team and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and dedication to healthy living, with on-site store duties.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with at least 1 year of vitamin/homeopathy/holistic experience and leadership.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain department cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment like pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable guidance on supplements and related products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and health items to assist customers.
• Order products and manage inventory control.
• Oversee sales and promotional events.
• Meet sales, margin, expense, and labor goals through proper merchandising.
• Collaborate with Buyer and Store Manager on inventory based on reports and trends.
• Lead and coach team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend store meetings and participate in other duties as assigned.
• Serve as MOD when needed.
