Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of the busiest departments in-store. You will deliver exceptional customer service while directing a team focused on vitamins, supplements, and health products.

The role requires agility in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff while ensuring safety and product knowledge across the vitamin department.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 1 year vitamin/homeopathy experience with leadership duties or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction while maintaining a team environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs, climb, and stand/walk throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin/HBA department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
