Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Vitamin Manager to lead the Vitamin Department's sales and operations. You will educate customers about vitamins and supplements, manage inventory, and coordinate promotions and events to drive sales.

Role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to coach team members. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience and leadership.
• Good communication and ability to take/give direction.
• Perform department housekeeping and cleanliness duties.
• Adhere to safety, health, and weight/measure regulations.
• Willing to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee sales and operation of the Vitamin Department and related products.
• Provide prompt, friendly, knowledgeable guidance to customers.
• Order products and manage inventory control to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
• Lead promotions and events; achieve sales, margin, and labor goals.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on inventory and merchandising decisions.
