Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of the busiest departments in the store. You will guide a Vitamin/HBA team, manage inventory and ensure top-quality products while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with leadership experience in vitamins or holistic products and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to give/take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to perform light to moderate physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to gain education on new products and alternative health.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin/HBA department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
• Provide guidance on vitamins, supplements, health and beauty items to customers.
