Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead one of our busiest departments. You will help customers make healthy choices, supervise the Vitamin/HBA team, and coordinate inventory, merchandising, and daily operations.

In this role, you’ll train and mentor staff, ensure safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Experience in vitamins or holistic products is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years old with 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties, or an education/experience mix.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior and strong customer interaction skills.
• Demonstrate good communication and ability to take directions within a team.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure customers receive service and guidance on vitamins, supplements, and health products.
• Maintain knowledge of vitamins and related products to guide customers without prescribing.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed by the team.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the team.
