Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual in the United States to lead the merchandising design and support the Assistant Store Leader – Visual. You will guide the merchandising team, communicate the design vision, coach on visual and operational standards, and supervise floorset execution and replenishment.

You will analyze KPIs, support expense reduction initiatives, and ensure the sales floor stays well stocked and aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong, visible presence in the department.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and policies.
• Promote sales as the Leader On Duty (LOD) and coordinate with the Assistant Store Leader on business results.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
