Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader - Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation and operations excellence. You will lead the visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, manage product flow from receiving to the salesfloor, and partner with Operations on daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate workload with the Store Leader and execute plans store-wide.
• Align with the management team on store goals and communicate to associates.
• Establish and communicate metrics for sales, visuals, operations and payroll.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly results and relate to sales, productivity and budget.
• Promote sales and act as Leader on Duty as needed.
• Collaborate with management to enhance customer experience and teamwork.
• Coach, train, and develop the visual work team for growth.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service to customers.
