Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader, Visual, to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth product flow from receiving to the sales floor.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you’ll partner with Operations and leadership on daily operations, manage the visual budget, train staff, analyze store KPIs, and drive customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent reading and written language skills (English).

Responsabilités

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans and strategies across the store and in assigned area.
• Align with the management team on store business goals and initiatives to all store associates.
• Partner with the Store Leader to establish and communicate all critical metrics (sales, visual, operations, payroll, training).
• Analyze reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly to inform area, region or national decisions.
• Promote and drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) when required.
• Coach, train and develop the visual team to deliver brand storytelling and professional growth.
• Ensure gracious, quick and efficient customer service and maintain a collaborative team environment.
