Crate & Barrel seeks an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through exceptional merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team in floorset execution, maintain brand standards, and manage product flow from receiving to the floor.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you’ll partner with Operations on daily tasks and oversee the visual budget and back-of-house organization.

Qualifications

• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Store Leader to delegate workload and ensure execution of plans and strategies store-wide.
• Align with the management team on store goals, initiatives and mission.
• Establish and communicate all critical metrics and expectations (sales, visual, operations, HR, payroll and training).
• Analyze reporting daily/weekly/monthly to inform sales, productivity and budget decisions.
• Promote and drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Communicate with management on sales, customer feedback and associate performance; participate in weekly walks and follow-up.
• Coach, train and develop associates to foster growth and build bench strength.
• Ensure gracious, quick and efficient service to customers and maintain brand standards.
