Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to lead the merchandising team on the sales floor and support the Assistant Store Leader – Visual. You will coach, train, and develop associates while ensuring visual standards and operations align with brand expectations.

You will spend significant time on the sales floor, engaging customers, guiding floorset execution, and driving in-store performance. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department/work area.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide specific and timely feedback about performance.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
