Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to bring our merchandise design to life on the sales floor while supporting the Assistant Store Leader – Visual. You will coach, mentor, and supervise the merchandising team, ensuring floorset execution, signage, collateral, and replenishment align with brand standards.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a hands-on approach with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence in the department.
• Support performance development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide timely feedback to associates and share observations with leadership.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, and policies as applicable.
• Promote sales as they pertain to the role and act as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Communicate with leadership to review business results, execution of plans, and customer feedback.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations on the sales floor.
