Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Team Leader, Visual to bring our merchandise design to life on the sales floor and mentor the merchandising team. You will partner with the Assistant Store Leader - Visual to execute the brand vision and ensure superior customer experience.

You will manage floorset execution, signage, replenishment, and back-of-house standards while analyzing KPIs and driving expense reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Train on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and policies.
• Focus on driving sales and acting as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and ensure smooth store operations.
