Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team, execute seasonal floorsets, manage product flow, and partner with Operations on daily operations and budgeting.

You will mentor and train the visual team, own scheduling, onboarding, and professional growth, while driving store KPIs and delivering a compelling brand story across the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate workload across store area to ensure plan execution.
• Align with management on store goals, mission, initiatives for all associates.
• Establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations (sales, visual, operations, payroll/scheduling, training).
• Analyze reporting daily/weekly/monthly to inform sales, productivity and budget decisions.
• Promote customer experience and teamwork, supervise safety and loss prevention.
• Coach, train, and develop all store associates to enable growth and bench-building.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and efficient service to customers; model positive attitude.
