Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Visual to bring the brand to life through merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. You will lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets, maintain brand standards, and manage product flow from receiving to the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets and maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with Store Leader and Operations on daily operations, inventory, and product flow.
• Analyze store KPIs to drive performance and manage the visual budget and back-of-house organization.
• Own scheduling, onboarding and training of the visual team to develop product knowledge and skills.
• Ensure gracious, quick and efficient service to customers and foster teamwork.
