Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards through floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment. You’ll motivate the team and focus on guest readiness and field execution.

You’ll train and coach the floorset team, drive productivity, protect store safety, and champion a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience with ability to execute floorsets to standard.
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach a team toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute Floorsets to AE Brand Standards and train floorset team.
• Lead replenishment and sell-through adjustments to keep stock fresh.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reducing practices.
• Foster guest-focused service and celebrate team wins.
