Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and store leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop a team for strong guest experiences.
• Proven track record of achieving floorset execution and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity on the sales floor and fitting room.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to meet KPIs.
• Coach and develop team to deliver AEO brand visuals and guest service standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage for business needs.
• Provide real-time feedback, development plans, and performance reviews.
