Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store aligns with AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers guest-ready experiences through effective replenishment. You will drive Floorset execution, coach the Floorset team, and partner with leadership to maximize sell-through while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience executing floorsets to brand standards and driving guest experience.
• Proven ability to train and coach teams, set productivity goals and maintain store standards.
• Ability to balance replenishment, sell-through, and merchandising opportunities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to align with leadership and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Help ensure the store stays on-brand and #fresh by maintaining visual standards.
