Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store aligns with AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will execute Floorsets, lead merchandising updates and keep the store guest ready through effective replenishment.

• Experience with Floorsets and visual standards.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership.
• Maintain Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team; focus on guest experience as the top priority.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reduction adherence to AEO policies.
