Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will execute Floorsets, lead merchandising updates, and ensure the store is guest ready through effective replenishment, with a focus on teamwork and real‑world action. You will collaborate with leadership to maximize guest experience, maintain safety, and uphold shrink‑reduction strategies while living the company values

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; priority-setting and time management.
• Flexible availability – early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills with retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh and organized.
• Support the team in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champions guest experience and celebrates team wins, while promoting safety and shrink-reduction practices.
• Ensure store safety and adherence to policies on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
