Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering on-brand visual standards, floorset execution, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity goals, and ensure merchandising updates across tables, displays and stock areas while maintaining safety and shrink-reduction practices.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Love organization and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• Flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills and a history of retail work - #practicemakesperfect.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Floorsets are your "thing"! Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in peak condition.
• Maintain a teamwork mentality and help the team understand how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment, ensuring the store always looks fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team, while keeping store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies in mind.
