Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will drive Floorset execution, lead merchandising updates, manage replenishment, and keep the guest experience front and center while training and coaching your team to #getthejobdone. You will also collaborate with store leadership to maintain high standards across displays and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and Floorset execution.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
