Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the store's merchandising strategy.

You will train and coach your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards daily and ensure floorset execution meets our expectations. You will drive a best-in-class guest experience through replenishment, elevated product presentation, and proactive opportunity spotting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a retail team.
• Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on results.
• Experience maintaining Visual standards and floorset execution.
• Ability to analyze trends and drive sales through guest service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach and develop the team to meet AE brand standards and guest experience goals.
• Lead merchandising from planograms to replenishment and floor execution.
• Recruit, train, and provide ongoing performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection, and adherence to policies.
