Coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and act quickly to keep displays fresh and aligned with the brand.

• Experience in retail merchandising and Floorset execution.
• Ability to coach and develop team; focus on visual standards.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-ready store mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates aligned with Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals and ensure store areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Promote guest experience; uphold brand standards and store safety.
