Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to serve as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You’ll execute Floorsets, lead training, and keep the guest experience front and center.

You’ll own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through strategies, collaborating with leadership to plan and act. A passion for visual standards and teamwork helps the store stay fresh and guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floor-set planning.
• Ability to train and coach floor teams to standards.
• Strong eye for visual standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates to align with Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals and ensure floorset standards across store.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments; act on opportunities with leadership.
