Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store aligns with AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution and merchandising updates while keeping the guest experience at the forefront.

Responsibilities

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring Floorset standards across areas.
• You ensure day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment with a keen eye for opportunities and action.
• You help maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment so the store stays fresh.
• You champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the merchandising team.
• You help maintain store safety standards and support shrink-reducing strategies.
