Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales through expert visual merchandising and leadership. You will partner with Operations and Visual Managers to guide replenishment, floor sets, and stock strategies while delivering engaging guest experiences.

You will coach associates, align with ALO’s guiding principles, and manage schedules to cover openings, closings, and peak periods. The role requires mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a demanding, hands-on tempo.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in client-focused sales and retail.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and guide staff.
• Value feedback and invite constructive input.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must align with ALO's guiding principles.
• Must be able to continuously move around store.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including shipment, receiving and replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations.
• Execute visual direction from planning through budgets and timelines.
• Utilize reports with management to identify opportunities and adjust stock.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers to meet KPIs.
• Open/close the store following visual standards.
