Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead who will drive store sales and profitability through Merchandising in close partnership with the Management Team. You’ll oversee shipment, replenishment, and floor presentation while coordinating with the Visual Manager to execute compelling visual directions.

You will lead by example, coach Associates, recruit and develop talent, and ensure cross-functional training. This full-time role requires physical mobility and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising; restock, destock, and adjust displays per directive with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll considerations and adapt visuals to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
