Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising in collaboration with the Visual Manager. You will guide the team, manage floor changes, and ensure consistent brand presentation across the store.

You will partner with Operations & Visual Managers, lead by example, recruit and develop talent, and coordinate cross-functional training to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time on-site role supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of operational functions: shipment, receiving, and stock management.

• Plan floor changes in coordination with management and payroll planning.
• Drive visual direction from planning to execution to meet company budgets and timelines.
• Use reports with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
